This notice will explain how Sulax Digital collects, uses and protects personal information.
This privacy notice is being finalised and has not yet been approved. Apart from “Who we are”, “Contacting us by telephone”, “Contacting us by email” and the seasonal-preference statement under “Cookies and analytics”, which describe who we are and how we handle enquiries now, the sections below show its planned structure. Final wording will be published before online enquiries open.
Who we are
Sulax Digital is a trading name of LOCALDROP LIMITED (company number 16890737). Registered office: Flat 4, 229 Bellegrove Road, Welling, Kent, DA16 3RQ, United Kingdom.
LOCALDROP LIMITED is the organisation responsible for your personal information (the data controller) when you contact Sulax Digital.
Information we collect
When online enquiries are available, the contact form will ask for:
- your full name and email address
- your company name (optional)
- the type of project, expected timeline and budget range (budget is optional)
- your description of the project
The form does not currently send or store this information.
Contacting us by telephone
If you contact Sulax Digital by telephone, text message (SMS) or voicemail, we may receive your telephone number, your name, the information you give us during your enquiry and the contents of any text or voicemail messages.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry and to manage related communications.
Telephone enquiries are currently handled directly by the business owner, who is the only person at Sulax Digital with access to them. Text messages are held on the owner’s mobile phone, and voicemail messages are held by our mobile network’s voicemail service.
We do not record telephone calls ourselves, and we do not copy telephone enquiry details into email, a customer database or other business systems.
Our mobile network provider is Three UK. Details of how the provider processes this information, including any international transfers and the safeguards that apply, remain subject to verification.
We have not yet set a fixed period for keeping telephone enquiries. We are reviewing how long they should be kept and how they will be deleted.
Contacting us by email
If you contact Sulax Digital at hello@sulax.co.uk, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message and any attachments you send.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry and manage related communications. Our business email is hosted on Google Workspace.
